1. We will visit your property and undertake a measured survey if needed; this will allow us to produce accurate floor plans and elevations of your property in its existing state, which is a requirement of all planning applications.

2. We work with you to put into paper your plans and vision and produce a set of architectural drawings. These drawings will then be provided to yourselves for any comments, giving you a chance to change anything you wish before any application is formally submitted.

4. We submit and manage the Planning Application if required.

5. Depending on the type of project you are undertaking it may be necessary to gain Building Regulations Approval. We can produce the required drawings and information to allow you to apply for Building Regulations Application, and gain full consent for your project.

6. Once you have received this approval you can instruct a builder and begin the works.
