Once the existing drawings are completed and the design brief has been discussed, Planning South West will produce a first draft of the Architectural Drawings and invite your comments.

Throughout the design process we are happy to revise the drawings as needed to achieve the best proposal, and also include later amendments and re-submission in the event of a refusal at no extra cost.

The first step will be to have an initial chat so that we can understand your project and requirements. We can then advise you on the feasibility and let you know what would be involved to realise your vision including the costs.
